Overview
Smart Invest is built and operated by Velorion Technologies ("we", "us"). This is a mirrored copy of the privacy policy that lives on trysmartinvest.app. The canonical version is the one bundled with the app.
What Smart Invest does
Smart Invest is an iOS app that helps retail investors compare 200+ investment platforms and banks across 30 countries, filtered to their country and goals. The app is for educational purposes only and does not provide financial advice.
What we don't collect
- We don't require an account.
- We don't collect identifying information (name, email, phone) by default.
- We don't track your portfolio, transactions, or any link to a real brokerage.
- We don't run third-party advertising SDKs.
What we do collect
- Anonymous usage analytics. We collect aggregated, non-identifying analytics (e.g. which countries are most filtered, which platforms are most viewed) to improve the app. No event is tied to a person.
- Anonymous crash reports. Apple's built-in crash reporter may send us an anonymized report so we can fix bugs. Opt out in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
- Country preference. Stored locally on your device. Never sent to us.
Third parties
The app does not embed third-party trackers, advertising networks, or social SDKs.
Children's privacy
Smart Invest is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because we don't collect personal data by default, there is no per-user record to access, correct, or delete. If you've contacted us by email, you can request deletion of that record at any time by emailing privacy@velorion.tech.
